A building five-line inscription from the end of the reign of Emperor Trajan from 116-117.

The inscription, reconstructed by Nikolay Sharankov, reads:parascenium

"For the health and existence of Emperor Nerva Trajan Caesar Augustus of Germany, Dacia , Parthia, Excellent, of Plotina Augusta and their whole family, of the Roman Senate and the peoples of the council and the National Assembly of Philippopolis. When the governor of the province of Thrace was Gnaeus Minicius Faustinus (?), Tarsas, son of Basos, first archon / high priest (?) of the Thracian metropolis, and his wife (?) ... built this tower worth… denarius .
